Terms and conditions
MINIMUMS
If the tour minimum has not been met, we will alert guests 48 hours before the tour in order to re-schedule or cancel the tour. Discovery Wales Tours reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation if the tour minimums are not met.
WEATHER
All of our tours will go, rain or shine. There will be no refunds for weather. (Except for Dark SKy Tours)
DAY TOURS
All guests have until 14 days prior to departure to cancel or change their tour date. No-shows, cancellations, decreased numbers, or change of date for any reason within this cancellation period will result in a FULL forfeiture of the tour cost. There will be no exceptions.
BESPOKE TOURS
Guests have 20 days before your departure to cancel or change your tour date. Cancellation prior to the 20day cut off will result in a 25% forfeiture of your tour cost. Cancellation/decrease in numbers/change of date for any reason within the cancellation period previous to the tour (and no shows) will result in a FULL forfeiture of your tour cost. There will be no exceptions.
BESPOKE OVERNIGHT TOURS
Guests will be required to pay a 25% non refundable deposit to secure tour dates and the remainder of tour fees 30 days prior to departure. Guests will have up until 30 days before your departure to change your tour date. Cancellation prior to the 30 day cut off will result in a 25% forfeiture of your tour cost. Cancellation/decrease in numbers/change of date for any reason within the cancellation period previous to the tour (and no shows) will result in a FULL forfeiture of your tour cost. There will be no exceptions.
DARK SKY TOURS
All guests have until 48 hours prior to departure to cancel or change their tour date. No-shows, cancellations, decreased numbers, or change of date for any reason within this cancellation period will result in a FULL forfeiture of the tour cost. .With the exception of adverse weather where we will reschedule or refund full cost.
There are no exceptions.
